NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Transit Advisory Committee (YCTAC) will meet on April 27, 2023, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Yamhill County Public Works, 2060 NE Lafayette Ave., McMinnville, OR.

2023-25 State Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF)
The Oregon Department of Transportation Funding source for older adults and people with disabilities formerly known as the Special Transportation Fund (STF) is now combined with the State Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) so all transportation providers in Yamhill County who transport older adults and people with disabilities and have applied for STF funds in the past or organizations interested in applying for funding for operations or capital for elderly and disabled services must submit a new STIF sub-provider application to Yamhill County by December 16, 2022.

FTA Section 5310, 5311 and STIF (Formerly STF)
YCTAC announces the opportunity for eligible providers to apply for FTA Section 5310 grant funds and State Transportation Improvement Funds (STIF).
STIF ELDERLY AND DISABLED SUB-PROVIDER GRANT APPLICATIONS
Grant applications are for the 2023-2025 biennium. STIF elderly and disabled sub-provider grant applications are available on or after November 21, 2022, at:
